There are twelve different floor plans available providing for many variations on one and two bedroom choices. The variety of home designs range in size from 805 to 1512 square feet and are designed for comfortable living, providing spacious rooms and ample closet storage.
Smaller Floor Plans 805-976 sq ft
The smaller home designs are 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom units – most also include a den.
Medium Floor Plans 1091-1200 sq ft
The medium size home designs have the most variety of choices.
Larger Floor Plans 1324-1512 sq ft
The larger home designs are 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom units, have a separate dining room, and extra large living rooms.
